End Connector Kit
The End Connector Kit can be used with any Waters 3.9 mm or 4.6 mm I.D. cartridge. The cartridge and the End Connector Kit are purchased separately. When the performance of the cartridge deteriorates, you just replace the cartridge and reuse the end-fittings. The maximum pressure rating for this equipment is 40Mpa (400 atm, or 6000 psi).
The End connector kit contains three distinct parts, including 2 replacement o-rings and 1 Replacement c-clip.
When putting your assembly together, assemble your cartridge and attach the End Connector Kit following the instructions carefully to ensure no blockage or backflow is created. Remove the plastic end caps from the cartridge, and keep them for later for cartridge storage. Slide a retaining nut onto the cartridge with the open end of the nut towards the end of the cartridge. Press a c-clip into the groove of the cartridge until it snaps into place, and then place the end-fitting onto the cartridge and screw together the retaining nut and end-fitting until hand-tight. Each side of the assembly needs to be assembled accordingly. However, please ensure the threads of the end-fitting are not visible. If they are, the parts are not properly together and you will need to unscrew and reassemble them.

It has excellent chemical resistance, good mechanical properties, and outstanding thermal stability. The equipment exhibits low weight loss in reactive plasmas and has a good response to temperature cycling effects. Although it is not recommended for use in amines, for other general-purpose uses, a maximum continuous service temperature of 316 °C is suggested. Short excursions to higher temperatures are also possible.
What Does HPLC Mean?
HPLC, short for high-performance liquid chromatography, serves as an analytical method employed to effectively separate, identify, and quantify individual components present in a mixture. As the predominant technique extensively utilized in laboratories worldwide, HPLC finds application across a wide spectrum of purposes. Its versatility enables scientists and researchers to investigate diverse samples and obtain valuable insights in fields ranging from pharmaceuticals and biotechnology to environmental analysis and food science.
