Freight Policy

Waters Technologies Corporation will make all reasonable efforts to meet the customer’s requested delivery dates and to ship products properly labeled and packaged in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Shipping Method
Orders will ship in accordance with our customer’s default shipping method, as saved in the customer profile. Most times this will be standard-3 day delivery.
Customers may select a different method of shipment to accommodate urgent order requirements.

Special Products – Hazardous and Temperature Controlled Items
All orders containing hazardous or temperature controlled products will be split into multiple deliveries that ship separately.
Note: there may be items that require Ground Transportation.

In addition to freight charges, a handling charge will be applied to order items that require cold chain shipping. All cold chain shipments must ship via a next day or expedited service to ensure product stability.
If an order contains both cold chain and ambient temperature items, your shipment move with two different service levels. The cold chain will ship for next day delivery, and the remaining items will use the customer’s default shipping method as saved in the profile.
