Product Description

The first choice for reverse phase protein separation and analysis, BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column, 450Å, 2.7 µm, 2.1 mm X 50 mm Columns contain 2.7 µm superficially-porous-silica particles having an average pore diameter of 450Å. The particles are functionalized with a proprietary polyphenyl bonding process that was specifically designed for LC or LC-MS analyses of intact IgG monoclonal antibodies and their fragments. Each batch is qualified using a gradient separation of the Waters mAb Subunit Standard (p/n: 186008927).

Note: p/n: 176004156 contains this same column with Intact mAb Mass Check Standard (p/n: 186006552) and mAb Subunit Standard (p/n: 186008927).

Suggested Use: Intact protein and mAb subunit analysis, Protein Analysis, ADC characterization, AAV, Antibody Conjugates

Even the most successful mAb analyses require a scientist to conquer some analytical challenges along the way. But with the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column, you can make easy work of all those challenges. Containing a group of silica particles functionalized by a novel polyphenyl bonding process, this rugged column is more than capable of handling your antibody drug conjugate and monoclonal antibody separations. But even more than that, this column must undergo a strict QC process involving NIST-based mAb standards before being packed and shipped directly to you. That’s just one of the many ways we work hard to ensure you only receive our best equipment right out of the box. Tell your lab manager all about the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column or order one for yourself today.

With each growing day, biological separation challenges only become more and more complex. That’s why we’ve designed the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column to be both rugged and flexible when separating mAbs and ADCs. Part of how that’s achieved is through the breakthrough novel polyphenyl bonding process that functionalizes the silica particles. Another reason is because this column exhibits minimal injection-to-injection carryover for increased confidence in analyses.

To better protect your BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column from contaminants, we recommend adding a VanGuard column protection solution to your workflow. VanGuard technology was designed to provide enhanced protection against particulate contaminants that may present themselves in the mobile phase stream. This cartridge simply removes the contaminants from your workflow before they reach your analytical column. Simply purchase the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl VanGuard Cartridge to enjoy the protection provided by VanGuard.

The BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column isn’t the only thing we offer at Waters either. We also have a truly massive selection of quality control reference materials, lab informatics, solution kits and so much more. It’s our goal to provide you with the products and resources you need to be successful in the lab. Shop lab equipment to discover everything we have to offer.

What Is High Performance Liquid Chromatography?

HPLC, which stands for high-performance liquid chromatography, is an analytical method employed to separate, identify, and quantify different components present in a mixture. Widely regarded as the most extensively utilized technique in laboratories worldwide, HPLC serves a multitude of purposes across various fields of research and analysis. Its versatility and effectiveness make it an indispensable tool for scientists and analysts seeking accurate and reliable results in their investigations.
