Sep-Pak Accell Plus QMA Carbonate Plus Light Cartridge, 130 mg Sorbent per Cartridge, 37-55 µm, 50/pk
Sep-Pak Accell Plus QMA Carbonate Plus Light Cartridge enables you to run your lab tests and operations smoothly by assisting you in extracting and transferring your solvents, solutions, and samples without any wastage. The Sep-Pak Accell Plus QMA Carbonate Plus Light Cartridge contains a silica-based, hydrophilic strong anion-exchanger with a large pore size and a carbonate counter-ion. These cartridges are used for the extraction of anionic analytes in aqueous and non-aqueous solutions when the chloride counter-ion in the standard Sep-Pak Accell Plus QMA cartridges interferes with the analysis.
The Sep-Pak Accell Plus QMA Carbonate Plus Light Cartridge can be used for a number of applications where anionic analytes are extracted from solutions for identification, including isolation of anionic proteins, acidic pigments in wine, fruit juices, Phenolic compounds, Peptide pool fractionation, and inorganic anions in environmental samples. This lab equipment ships with 50 to a package, and each cartridge has a volume of 130 mg of sorbent with a range of 37 - 55 µm particle size. These cartridges are provided in the short-body configurations for easy attachment to pumps and syringes, and they can also be fitted with removable reservoirs and used on vacuum-assisted flow devices and certain automated systems.
The Sep-Pak Accell Plus QMA Carbonate Plus Light Cartridge’s light style has been designed carefully to provide a distinctive finned outer body and a reduced internal diameter. This leads to an interstitial volume of about one-third that of the corresponding Plus-style cartridge. This design will enable you to elute fractions in a minimal volume to improve recoveries and reduce solvent consumption, thereby bringing down overall wastes and the cost of running lab operations.
Sep-Pak Accell Plus QMA Carbonate Plus Light Cartridges are manufactured and handled using chemically inert materials to ensure there are no contaminants or impurities present, thereby enabling you to have interference-free results. You can review our website to shop for lab equipment as per the needs of your laboratory or to connect with a member of our global support team for any assistance you may need.
We also recommend reviewing the Black Cap and Preslit PTFE/Silicone Septum for TruView Vials, which are color-coded. The black caps are spare caps for TruView LC/MS Certified Vials. The septum will enable you to replace the pre-slit PTFE/Silicone septum of the glass vials and offers sufficient venting to prevent vacuum formation in the sample vial. It delivers outstanding sample-draw reproducibility while exhibiting excellent resealing characteristics.
